Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner struggling with communicating?

Are you and your partner arguing about the same thing over and over again?

Do you find yourself getting annoyed at your partner for things that used to not bother you?

Do you wish you could share something with your partner but are having difficulty doing so?

Are you and your partner on different pages when it comes to sex?

Are you having challenges telling your partner what would satisfy you in your sex life?

If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, that is normal! And, couples therapy could be right for you and your partner.

In my opinion, every couple could benefit from couples therapy. Oftentimes there is a stigmatization when it comes to couples therapy that if you are in couples therapy that must mean something is drastically wrong - this is certainly not the case! In couples therapy, we will explore more about your relationship - the joys, the challenges and everything in between. Through an unbiased lens, I will help you and your partner navigate difficult conversations. The hope is that through couples therapy you and your partner will be able to take the skills that you learn in the therapeutic space into your lives outside of it.

Your Partnership's Path to Progress

Inclusive Therapy for Diverse Partnerships

I have experience working with all types of couples and sexual identities and understand that couples who identify within the LGBTQ+ community can come with their own unique set of challenges. Perhaps one person’s family is supportive while the other person’s family is not. I also recognize that some couples do not just include two people - I am able to work with how ever many people are included in your partnership. I offer both in-person and virtual couple therapy sessions. All couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.
